General Hospital (GH) spoilers for the week of January 29-February 2 indicate that Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) will unfortunately meet his demise, or at least everyone will think he has.

A volatile confrontation between him and Esme Prince (Avery Pohl) will result in everyone presuming he’s passed, although this is really just to help write the character off the canvas for the time being.
Actor Nicholas Chavez is set to film the Netflix series, MONSTER, and there’s a good chance this won’t be the last fans see Spencer. As the actor just needs time off to work on other projects, Spence will somehow make a comeback. Still, could Spencer’s death mean that Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss) could return to Port Charles with Ace Cassadine (Jay and Joey Clay) in tow?
General Hospital Spoilers – Ace Cassadine Isn’t Done With The Soap Just Yet
GH spoilers hint that lil’ Ace isn’t quite done with the soap. After all, Lana Clay, the mom of the twins who play the sweetest Cassadine in Port Charles recently teased that the toddlers have “many more” scenes to come on General Hospital in a tweet that was posted shortly after Nik left town with Ace.
Plus, their status with the show remained unchanged after the baby and his bio dad skipped town. This is a massive spoiler that could mean Ace will return to storylines, soon.

GH Spoilers – Esme Prince Is A Threat
GH spoilers suggest that Esme will confront both Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) and Spencer while they are in Paris. As she poses a threat, Spence will step up to protect his gal pal and suffer a grim fate.
The whole reason Nik took off was because he didn’t want to face charges for keeping Esme hostage while she was pregnant (and to protect Ace from her). It’s hard to say exactly what will happen to Ms. Prince in the fallout of things.
Will she tumble to her demise, too, being “presumed dead” or will she be whisked off by police? After all, Trina will be there as a witness to Esme’s crime and live to tell the tale.

As such, if Esme is taken into custody or passes on herself, the very reason Nik left town will no longer be an issue, opening a door for him and Ace to come back.
Laura Collins (Genie Francis) will be beside herself with grief when the news about Spencer hits, and she’ll surely need her son and grandson for support.
