General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Ava Jerome (Maura West) and Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) will continue their sham of a marriage for the foreseeable future. Many people are against this union, but there is one person that neither seems to have considered, and that is Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom).

Ryan was finally caught and has only been seen sporadically while serving his sentence in Pentonville. But his bloodlust hasn’t diminished since being in prison. He killed his cellmate for making lewd comments about Ava.

GH Spoilers – Ava Jerome is now married to Nikolas Cassadine!

Ava is in a loveless marriage to Nikolas, but most of the rest of the world isn’t in on the sham. Once Ryan finds out, if he hasn’t already, he will likely begin to plan his escape. And although he has several scores to settle, it seems that Nikolas would be the first person on his hit list. There’s no way Ryan would accept anyone else but him involved with his beloved Ava.

General Hospital Hospital – Attack at Wyndemere

If Ryan does escape, his first stop would likely be Wyndemere. The gothic mansion has been the site of many murders in the past, and Ryan would likely want to add one more to the statistics. He would likely show no mercy to Nikolas and make his death as painful as possible and then he would try to take Ava with him so they could begin a life together. Of course, Ava is repulsed by Ryan would never go with him willingly. But would she, in order to space Nikolas’ life, agree to go off with Ryan if he would Nikolas?

GH Spoilers – Real feelings?

This might awaken real feelings between Ava and Nikolas. As much as they say they detest one another, they once had a spark and likely would have gotten together for real if Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) hadn’t shot Nikolas. Nikolas was thought dead for three years, but the spark between them probably hasn’t completely faded. It just might take something, or someone like Ryan, to make them realize that they really love each other.
