General Hospital Spoilers: Will Spinelli Get Dirt From Sam’s Parole Officer?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Samantha McCall (Kelly Monaco) is having a difficult time with her Probation Officer Dolores Maloney (Andi Chapman). One of the conditions of Sam’s parole is that she can’t be around convicted felons, meaning that she can’t be anywhere near Jason Morgan (Steve Burton). Dolores seems unwavering on this restriction, even though it means that Sam’s family can’t be together.

Is Dolores just following protocol?

While it seems as if Dolores is following the rules, could there be more to it? Could she have a personal reason for wanting to make Sam or Jason suffer? Perhaps Dolores was a member of the Dawn of Day cult. As viewers recall, Sam was arrested and convicted for shooting the cult’s leader, Shiloh Archer (Coby Ryan McLaughlin) in the back with a flare gun. Peter August (Wes Ramsey) manufactured evidence that made it seem like Sam lured Shiloh to the Haunted Star with intent to kill him. This is completely untrue, but it’s why Sam was convicted.

GH Spoilers: Very Early Parole

Sam didn’t have to spend very much time behind bars. She was able to get paroled just a couple months after being imprisoned in Pentonville. Sam and Jason thought that their nightmare was over, but once Sam met with Dolores, it became increasingly clear that their problems weren’t over. Dolores seemed to have it in for Sam from the beginning. Sam and Jason tried to make a deal with Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) in order to have her probation problems go away, but the deal eventually fell through and Robert’s hands were tied.

Luckily for Sam, she has Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) on her side! The experienced Private Investigator and computer hacker will certainly look into Dolores. It’s possible that Dolores was a Dawn of Day member and this is her way of punishing Sam. Or perhaps Dolores is related to one of Sam’s marks from her con artist days. Either way, Spinelli will likely find anything that could compromise Dolores’ judgement.

Whatever Spinelli finds will hopefully help get Dolores off Sam’s back

If Dolores has anything to hide that could prove she is biased against, Spinelli would be able to take the information to the DA’s office and perhaps get Dolores reassigned or to lighten up on Sam. If there is anything to find, Spinelli will find it and hopefully Sam and Jason can soon be together again!

What will Happen?

Will Dolores continue to keep Sam and Jason apart? Or will Spinelli come through with information that can get Dolores to back off?
