General Hospital Spoilers: Willow Blames Carly For Michael’s Latest Mess — And It Could Lead Her To Reconsider Nina’s Role In Her Life

General Hospital spoilers reveal Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) had no idea that her husband had been lying to her by omission once again.

In Michael Corinthos’ (Chad Duell) defense, he did intend to call off this charade with Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) months ago when Willow insisted that he lay down his arms and stop seeking revenge on his father, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard).

But as quickly as Michael put those plans to bed, Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) picked up his torch and carried it on — insisting Dex and Michael help her keep an eye on the mob boss and his business.

Sure, her concern was coming from the right place, but they all knew Sonny would feel deeply betrayed if he ever found out what they were up to.

Now that Sonny knows the truth about their underhanded game of babysitter, Willow is about to learn the slate she just wiped clean for Michael is still plenty filthy.

General Hospital Spoilers — Traitors, All of Them

Sonny still can’t bring himself to accept what has transpired with his family. Replaying his recent conversations with Michael in his mind was bad enough, but the clarity that came when Michael admitted his original intent was to take Sonny down cut even deeper.

Now, Sonny truly won’t be able to trust Dex again since he knows he came on to try to imprison versus protect him.

At the same time, he knows his organization and the men in it are vulnerable, and Dex has done a good job at keeping them safe.

Will he make an exception and keep him on the team? If so, does that mean he needs to make a concession for Michael and Carly’s behavior, too?

GH Spoilers – Hint Michael Corinthos Tries to Stay Ahead Of The 8-Ball

Michael told his father the truth, and now he knows he must tell Willow the truth, too.

Right now, Willow only knows that Michael was once very angry with his father and believed his family would have been better off with him behind bars.

She never disagreed with him, but she did convince him to stop trying to be the ringleader who put him there.

Michael agreed to her demands and dropped that ball, but Carly quickly roped him back into playing spy behind Sonny’s back — albeit for a more altruistic reason.

When Michael explains that he never gave up his covert operation, but did change from the bad guy to the good guy, will Willow see it that way?

General Hospital Spoilers — It All Comes Tumbling Down

There is more struggle ahead for this family. As Sonny begins to process all the lies Dex has told him, and how much information about the business he may have leaked to Michael and Carly, he won’t be able to convince himself that Dex is trustworthy.

While he doesn’t want to lose the guy he’s invested so much work in grooming to be his next right-hand man, he needs to know that person will always make Sonny their number one priority, and that wasn’t the case with Dex.

Furthermore, Sonny can’t just let him loose without consequence. He knows too much about the business. Does this mean Dex has to die?

What will that mean for Josslyn ‘Joss’ Jacks (Eden McCoy), Carly, Michael and Willow? Rumor has it Joss may blame Michael and Carly for Dex’s death — and Willow may join her in that.
