General Hospital Spoilers: Willow Uncovers Huge Nathan Secret, Realizes Sidwell’s Tight Grip on Detective?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Willow Cain (Katelyn MacMullen) will continue to face Jenz Sidwell’s (Carlo Rota) orders. Since Sidwell will ruin Willow’s life if she doesn’t comply, she’s learned it’s best not to fight what he wants.

Now that Willow is settling into her role as Congresswoman Cain, she’ll get even more instructions from her secret boss. Sidwell gets the final say on every move Willow makes, so she’ll have to deal with some surprising tasks along the way.

However, a different sort of surprise could be looming for Willow during the week of March 30-April 3. Let’s set the stage for drama and talk about a wild discovery that could be in Willow’s future.

Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) will get a mysterious message in the March 31 episode, but who will it be from? The show will conceal the text sender initially, so that probably means Nathan will be interacting with someone shady.

Of course, it’s logical to think that person could be Sidwell. Since Sidwell has moles at the PCPD who leak intel to him, Nathan may be one of the people he has working on the inside.

Now that Sidwell is so determined to make Marco’s killer pay, it’s easy to see why he’d send Nathan a message and demand an urgent meeting. Sidwell may have some orders for Nathan that tie in with the Marco investigation.

Sidwell will indeed provide some new instructions to someone in GH’s April 1 episode. That’s also when Willow will realize something that stuns her – and it’s when Nathan will warn someone, too.

Could Willow’s upcoming discovery involve Nathan’s link to Sidwell and the fact that they’re both under his control? Sidwell may have a tight grip on Detective West, so that news would certainly catch Willow by surprise.

As for the warning that’s coming up, Nathan might sound the alarm to Willow about the danger if she blabs. Perhaps Nathan will realize Willow is in the loop on his Sidwell connection and insist she can’t tell anyone – especially not Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros).

Nathan may contend that they have to keep Nina as far away from this mess as possible for her own safety. It’d be interesting to see Willow and Uncle Nathan keeping a secret from Nina as they both navigate Sidwell drama.

Naturally, it’s possible Willow will discover something else entirely, but it makes sense that she might get a shocker that relates to Nathan and Sidwell.
