It would be easy for General Hospital fans to see why Harmony might have lied to Willow about knowing about the baby and that he was a live birth; she probably doesn’t know any more than that, but it’s entirely possible that Shiloh and Harmony did some more investigation since the birth certificate would have been filed even if the baby was put up for adoption. All they would have to do is check the records for live births.
General Hospital Spoilers – Harmony And Shiloh Keep Snooping
They may have only found “Baby Boy Miller” since there’s no evidence that Willow changed her name legally, but if the timeframe of the birth date lined up, there would be enough to make an educated guess. They would not have been able to find the adoption and trace him to the adoptive parents but they likely would have been able to find the birth certificate itself.
Shiloh would not have been able to get a copy but Harmony might have, if she were able to prove that she is the child’s grandmother. Even if as many General Hospital fans are guessing, Willow is really Nina Reeves’ (Michelle Stafford) long lost daughter, Harmony would have her adoption certificate (unless that is what she used for her trust pledge document, in that case Shiloh would have it). Any proof of being a close relative such as a grandmother should allow her to get a copy, and Shiloh can use that to confront Willow with about the baby.
