General Hospital fans know that Sidwell is only loyal to people he works with or associates with when it benefits him-recently, he exposed “Nathan Reeves” as Cassius Faison (Ryan Paevey)!
Even though Sidwell might be cutting off his nose to spite his face, if he reveals Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) has been dosed with a paralytic for months by his wife-he’ll do it.
Sidwell is the one who’s been supplying the paralytic that’s untraceable in blood tests, but fakes a stroke, followed by locked-in syndrome.
Since this is teased to happen during Sidwell’s trial, it’s likely to be an angry outburst when he sees things aren’t going his way.

That’s an educated guess, since he won’t really benefit other than perhaps the satisfaction of ruining her publicly.
Willow Could Easily Lose Her Congressional Seat
Willow could easily lose her congressional seat with a scandal like that, unless she could prove Sidwell’s lying, which won’t likely happen in a courtroom setting. Chances are, by that time, nothing she’s trying to do has been working, including Drew becoming both verbal and mobile!
Even though Sidwell himself may expose Willow’s sins in court, it’s entirely possible someone else will as well-and that someone could very likely be Drew!
Still, it’s Sidwell’s trial so most likely Willow’s exposure will be in connection to Sidwell’s supplying the paralytic that has been used on not only Drew, but Jack Brennan (Chris L. McKenna).

Perhaps by the time Sidwell’s trial takes place, he will be charged with supplying the paralytic as well, and that’s how Willow’s name comes up and her crimes exposed.
Willow’s Life Comes Crashing Down, And She Falls Apart
Willow’s life comes crashing down, and she falls apart during the course of Sidwell’s trial, and this may be similar to the breakdown she had that precipitated her shooting of Drew.
Most likely surrounding the trial, many other things have happened-perhaps Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) finally manages to prove Willow unsafe around their children.
What happens during Sidwell’s trial and her exposure likely is the last straw, the one that breaks the camel’s back-and Willow’s mind!
There have been so many things that have happened in the past few years that have basically driven her insane-and now nothing is under her control. With Willow unable to bribe or fix or eliminate anything, she’s taking a trip on the crazy train!
