General Hospital’s Michael and Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) would have never been together if not for Chase (Josh Swickard) and Sasha Gilmore’s (Sofia Mattsson) lies. Michael (Chad Duell) and Willow were good friends but they weren’t lovers. Michael and Willow gave into their feelings before they knew about the lie. However, neither of them have considered the possibility of pregnancy. Michael and Willow had no reason to use protection. Michael and Willow’s lovemaking session was not something they planned. At the time, they planned to stay married for Wiley Corinthos (Theo and Erik Olson). Wiley no longer needs their protection even though Willow will always be his adoptive mother.

General Hospital’s Michael would welcome another child with open arms. However, Michael may not be so happy with Chase raising his child. Michael and Willow may have decided to call it quits, but a baby could change everything. Michael would want to be a part of his child’s life no matter how Chase chose to handle things. Michael would also expect the truth from Willow and Chase about the baby. Will Michael and Willow share custody of this baby and Wiley? Will parenting two children be much different than parenting Wiley?

If General Hospital’s Willow is pregnant with Michael’s baby, the two may decide to reunite. Willow and Michael have decided to go back to their significant others. However, a pregnancy could change their mind. Although Willow and Michael didn’t plan a baby together, they may decide their marriage is what is best for both children.
If this happens, both Chase and Sasha could be crushed by their decision. After all, Chase and Sasha lied so that Michael and Willow would be married. Sasha nor Chase expected a baby to result from the union. Sasha and Chase knew that Michael and Willow could sleep together. However, they thought a loving relationship might take longer to develop.
