Recent developments in the show suggest that Steven Lars Webber might be making a return to the show soon, especially after a recent mention of his name.

His sister, Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) was chatting with her close friend, Terry Randolph (Cassandra James), and brought up that Steven is out of prison and thriving in Sedona, Arizona.

While it seems he hasn’t resumed his medical career as a doctor, he is working in the healthcare sector; Terry quickly inquired if Liz thought her brother would come back home.

Liz, uncertain about the future, expressed doubt about his return, largely due to his tumultuous mother, Heather Webber (Alley Mills).

However, with the chance of Heather receiving a retrial and potentially being released from Pentonville, Steven might feel compelled to return, possibly motivated to ensure she remains incarcerated.

GH Spoilers – Elizabeth Webber Felt Doubtful He’d Come To Port Charles Because Of Heather

Elizabeth doubted Steve would return because of how Heather had hurt him and his ex-fiancée, Olivia Falconeri, now Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero). Heather had injected Olivia with LSD, which brought on psychic visions for many years, many of them terrifying.

Currently, one of Elizabeth’s exes, Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) is representing Heather and trying to get her out of prison based on cobalt poisoning.

Steve may be influenced by the medical records, but it all depends on when Heather got that hip replacement-was it before or after she stabbed Olivia with that needle?

She’s always been manipulative, and Jeff Webber (William R. Moses) could tell Steve and Elizabeth how she drank LSD spiked iced tea meant for toddler Steve’s adoptive mom, Diana Taylor (Brooke Bundy)!

General Hospital Spoilers – Steve Lars Could Return-Maybe Out Of Protection

Some speculated about Steven Lars returning not as a recast, based on watching him on the TV series “Nashville” which Jonathan Jackson was in, when Jonathan returned as Lucky Spencer.

Obviously, with at least two GH stars in that now-cancelled show playing parts, there must be connections between Jonathan and Scott, and Steve Burton lived in Nashville a while as well.

It makes sense to wonder if Scott might not want to be near Melissa as she tapes Days of Our Lives-while unconfirmed, Scott could be taping GH right now or soon.

But as far as why Steven Lars would return, it probably wouldn’t be to reconcile with Heather-it would probably be more out of protection of his family from her. Pretty much no one, other than Jeff, can see through Heather’s “shows” as well as Steve, and he won’t be fooled by her again!
