General Hospital Spoilers: WSB Names Carly As Top Suspect in Jack Brennan’s MurderGeneral Hospital spoilers indicate that the WSB could name Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) as the top suspect in Jack Brennan’s (Chris McKenna) murder.

The week of September 7-11 will bring plenty of bombshells and surprises, so let’s talk about what happens when the superspy agency hauls the blonde in for questioning.

William Bain’s Interrogation

General Hospital’s weekly promo has a scene where William Bain (Alimi Ballard) is grilling Carly. In fact, he’ll ask her about the last time she saw Jack Brennan.

Brennan went missing at the Metro Court hotel, the very establishment that Carly owns. To boot, Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) found Carly and Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) in Brennan’s ransacked hotel room when she went looking for him.

Not to mention the fact that it’s common knowledge that there’s no love lost between Brennan and Carly. Especially since he’s the one who recruited Carly’s daughter, Joss, to the agency.

Could evidence surface that incriminates Carly? After all, Brennan’s black case had a ton of things in it, including an audio of Carly, circa 2021, where she admitted to leading Sonny Corinthos’s (Maurice Benard) organization when he was thought to be dead.

This was the very same evidence that John “Jagger” Cates (Adam J. Harrington) blackmailed Jason when he wanted him to work for the FBI.

Drew Cain’s Plan

While Carly will initially be the prime suspect, the WSB’s investigation is bound to shift. Especially since Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) planted Brennan’s wallet in her car after he buried him.

With that said, there’s no love lost between Carly and Nina, so will the WSB see this as a setup job on Carly’s part?

Especially if Nina has an alibi for the night of Brennan’s passing (assuming that Outback digs up the body, and the agency has a timeframe to go on).

The wallet in Nina’s car was indeed planted, so will the WSB see that as well and believe Carly was behind it?
