Nancy Lee Grahn has become famed for two reasons. First, the actress has become known as a soap opera diva. For instance, Nancy starred on “One Life To Live” before moving onto “Santa Barbara.” But most recently, Grahn has won Daytime Emmy nods in her role as Alexis Davis on “General Hospital.”
However, political watchers also have boosted Nancy’s fame. As a result, when Grahn learned about the death of Ivana Trump, her tweet on the topic went viral. Find out what she said and how her followers responded below.
‘General Hospital’: Nancy Lee Grahn Tweets About Ivana Trump!
Nancy Lee Grahn didn’t hesitate to comment when news broke that Ivana Trump had died at age 73. And while Ivana’s former husband Donald Trump and children Ivanka, Donald Jr., and Eric Trump mourned, the “General Hospital” star turned to Twitter to weigh in. Nancy responded to a tweet that read, “Ivana Trump, Donald’s first wife, and the mother of the monstrous Ivanka, Don Jr. and Erik dies at age 73.”
Grahn issued her wishes in her response. “Hope she left a diary,” tweeted Nancy. But while some agreed, others felt that Grahn’s comments seemed rude. However, the “General Hospital” star received thousands of “likes” on her comment. And as one supporter of Nancy tweeted in response, “I always thought that some people in Donny’s life would come out with info when it was safe, like if he was in prison, etc.. I was really expecting Ivana to be one of them. Shame we won’t know her secrets she is taking with her.”
Hope she left a diary.

Twitter Quotes Ivana Trump: ‘Don’t Get Mad, Get Everything!’
However, Grahn didn’t stand alone in tweeting her views on Ivana Trump’s death. And many quoted Ivana’s famous signature line, “Don’t get mad, get everything!” In the wake of Ivana’s death at her home, others noted her history as Donald Trump’s wife and a legendary socialite. As the New York Post noted, Ivana became famous for her wit even after her divorce.

For instance, when Trump moved into the White House, Ivana described herself as the real first lady because she married Donald before his wife Melania. However, Ivana also joked about her ex-husband’s mistress, who became his secon wife, Marla Maples. “[Ivanka] likes [Melania] fine,” shared Ivana about her daughter and stepmother. “Because she didn’t cause me to break up the marriage like the other one — I don’t even want to pronounce her name,” added Ivana.
