General Hospital alum Ryan Paevey was caught in a rather dangerous situation! The actor, who is best known for his role as Nathan West on the hit ABC soap, was nearly t-boned in an accident. Thankfully he survived without a scratch!
Ryan shared the horrific news on his social media account with his fans. As a result of what had happened, he pleaded with his fans to definitely be more careful while on the road. In other words, please don’t text and drive. Keep your eyes on the roads at all times.
He wrote on Twitter, “Was almost t boned by a driver who ran a red light not 5 minutes ago, and I could see his face illuminated from below from his phone….took some restraint on my part not to run the guy down so we could have a chat,” Paevey ended his tweet with an important message, “PUT YOUR PHONE AWAY WHEN YOU ARE DRIVING.”
It didn’t take very long for Ryan’s fans to respond to his message. As you can imagine, a lot of people had been in similar and scary situations. As a matter of fact, some fans had even written, “OMG Ryan thank goodness you are alive. But yes, people need to stop texting and driving on the road. It has gotten ridiculous.”
Another person wrote, “Totally agree with you. The roads have gotten very dangerous. Good thing you managed out of there alive.”
