Speaking to Soap Opera Digest, the talented teen actress admits that her personal life has been very difficult this year. Even though she made the USC beach volleyball team, she and her long-time boyfriend broke up after being with each other for several long years. And as many people know, breaking up with your first love can be very devastating for someone as young as Eden.
She told the publication, “The worst thing was that I broke up with my boyfriend that I’ve had since I was barely 14. That was really hard. It’s been rough, but I’m just focusing on myself and school and work.”
Seeing how Eden is one of the most beautiful and talented young actresses in the daytime television world, we have a feeling that she will bounce back in no time. For now, it’s good to hear that she’s focusing on the important things in her life, and that includes her studies and of course, her work on General Hospital.
Now, as far as what will happen to her on-screen character, it looks like the future may be bleak. After all, Josslyn is dealing with her boyfriend Oscar’s devastating diagnosis, too. At the same time she’s also developed some feelings for Cameron. Fans will have to tune in to find out what will happen next!
