General Hospital Star Tamara Braun Hid A Huge Secret From Her Mother

General Hospital star Tamara Braun is very close with her mother, but when it comes to her work on General Hospital, she doesn’t tell her everything about her job. Tamara plays the role of Kim on the hit ABC soap but had to keep the news to herself for some time.

As a matter of fact, when Tamara found out that she would be returning to Port Charles as Kim, she didn’t tell anyone – including her family members and her friends. She told ABC Soaps in Depth in an interview,

“That’s just being on a soap – any soap. You always have to be quiet. My first time around on General Hospital, my mother didn’t even know what role I was playing until I was about to start work, and I asked if I could tell her. They were like ‘What, you didn’t tell your mom?’”

Now that Tamara is back on the canvas again, it’s without a doubt that her mother is watching every episode, and is even her biggest fan and cheerleader!
