Michelle made the announcement on her Instagram account this week. Sharing a video of herself that she clearly took in her car, she said, “Social media loves to put people into niches, telling you where you fit and what box you belong in. But sometimes you’re meant to exist in more than one box, and that’s okay.”

She then continued, “I’m here to share recipes, to help women thrive instead of just survive, and to show that healthy eating doesn’t have to feel like dieting or missing out. Creating meals that nourish families and actually taste good has always been a passion of mine.”
