General Hospital Weekly Preview: Deadly Revenge – Peter August’s Demise – Sonny Vows Payback

General Hospital spoilers tease in this week’s General Hospital weekly preview, all eyes are on Peter August (Wes Ramsey) – will he finally croak? Plus, Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor) and Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) get important news of the baby’s health and Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) grieves Jason Morgan (Steve Burton).

General Hospital Spoilers – Peter Has Been Poisoned

General Hospital spoilers from last week’s General Hospital that Peter collapsed in his cell after eating breakfast from a tray delivered and taken back by Brad Cooper (Parry Shen). Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) has gotten an unexpected call, advising her that Peter has been poisoned.

Now she tracks down Sonny and Carly Corinthos (Maurice Benard, Laura Wright) to advise them of the news. She may suspect Sonny’s behind it since she warned him down at the Port Charles Police station not to take matters into his own hands and Peter had to face justice alive! Carly begs Anna to please tell them that Peter’s dying!

General Hospital Spoilers – Drew And Curtis Reconnect, Elizabeth And Finn Talk About Peter’s Crimes

Longtime General Hospital viewers will recall the “bromance” between close buddies Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) and Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner). They finally catch up this week on General Hospital, and as they talk in The Savoy, Curtis tells Drew that all kinds of crazy things have been going on! Curtis tells that Peter has been raising all kinds of hell in Port Charles, and Drew won’t be surprised – Drew and Peter have had their go-rounds for two years while he was in captivity!

At General Hospital, Dr. Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) and Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) talk about Peter’s crimes that affected her and her boys’ life so significantly – she talks to Finn about how Peter killed her husband, Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) and that he’s the reason Jason is dead! Both of these deaths also affect Drew deeply – he had just started bonding with his late twin Jason, and he was foster brothers with Franco when they were tiny tots, Franco having saved him from Jim Harvey (Greg Evigan) when they were very small!

GH Spoilers – Sonny Talks Revenge!

At the Metro Court, Sonny tells Carly of his plans for revenge – he tells her “this is for all of them” as scenes of a grieving Britt Westbourne, (Kelly Thiebaud) Finn comforting Elizabeth with a hug at General Hospital, and Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) looking fearfully around her from a staircase flash by. Suddenly a gloved hand of a person dressed in General Hospital scrubs appears, holding a scalpel-could that be Liz? General Hospital viewers couldn’t blame her if she went after Peter if he makes it to General Hospital alive after his poisoning!

General Hospital viewers will recall that Maxie had asked Sonny to kill Peter, so she could stop the charade of her baby posing as Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) and Detective Harrison Chase’s (Josh Swickard)! At the time, Sonny told Maxie that Peter has to live, but that’s only because he didn’t want to be blamed for his murder! Back to Sonny and Carly at the Metro Court, Sonny appears to be focusing back on Jason’s presumed death as he whispers with an evil tone in his voice, “He will be avenged”!

    I am not holding my breath that this will be the end of Peter August. I got a bad feeling that Peter August will survive the poison and won't see the light and change his life. He will escape from the hospital room and will cause more trouble for Maxie/the people of Port Charles.
