General Hospital spoilers and updates for the week of Monday, December 16-Friday, December 20 tease preventive measures, girlfriends deeply grieving, and ugly lawsuits! (Make sure to check out our weekly GH spoilers, here!)
Coming Up On General Hospital
Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) is determined to take preventive measures, Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) deeply grieves, and an ugly lawsuit is brewing!
General Hospital Spoilers: Preventive Measures
After the shocking exposé at the Quartermaine Christmas party, Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) went to the Quartermaine gatehouse along with Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros).
Nina knows that Wiley and Amelia Corinthos (Viron Weaver, Serenity and Sequoia Mork Macko) will be up for grabs, and told Willow this was war!
Based on past experience, Nina and Willow both know Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) and Carly will fight for sole custody, so Nina wants Willow to take preventive measures of her own.
But as they have the kids bundled up and ready to go to Nina’s place, Carly is there with a preemptive strike! She says if they don’t think she’s going to stop what’s going on here, they’re wrong!
GH Spoilers: Deeply Grieving Girlfriends
At the hospital, Josslyn deeply grieves Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) who has just died after a successful surgery for a stab wound. She’s in shock and disbelief, lying over his body in the hospital bed, sobbing, “You’re really gone”!

This is the second serious boyfriend who Josslyn has lost to death. The first one, her first boyfriend, was Drew Quartermaine’s (Cameron Mathison) late son Oscar Nero (Garren Lake Stitt) who died of a brain tumor.
Josslyn is in shock and disbelief, as everyone at the hospital is-it’s way too much like how Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) died to be a mere coincidence!
General Hospital Spoilers: Drew Gets A Wake Up Call
Drew realizes what–and who-must have been behind the exposé of his and Willow’s affair in such a public manner at the Quartermaine Christmas party.
That’s not really exactly how it happened, but in Drew’s eyes, it was certainly no accident; a scandal like this could kill his new congressional career.
He confronts Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) telling him he knows that Curtis and Michael have teamed up against him.
The exposé of his and Willow’s sexy faux pas is reverberating through the Quartermaine mansion, as well as the city of Port Charles in all likelihood.
Drew’s squeaky clean exterior is chipping away and falling off in pieces like his life, as “Dark Drew” seems about to emerge!
GH Spoilers: Ugly Lawsuits
As Drew looks angry and Carly and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) look shocked, a male voice says “Consider yourself served!”
It sounds like Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) has gotten an unexpected offer just in time after Ava Jerome’s (Maura West) check bounced! (‘General Hospital’ (GH) Worst Recast Of 2024, Was …..)
In the meantime, Michael looks defeated-is this about child custody or corporate intrigue? In a separate scene, Josslyn is outside and she also looks in shock-is that Michael who appears to walk away from her and leave? Is he not even putting up a fight for his children or his Quartermaine legacy?
