General Hospital (GH) spoilers for the week of Monday, October 15 through Friday, October 19, 2018 reveal a lot of decision making, while some find encouragement, others can’t help but make ill choices. Dangerous alliances are made as friendships are rekindled. GH fans will not want to miss out on this exciting new week!

GH sources tease that Drew Cain (Billy Miller) has been put in an awful position, thanks to DA Margaux Dawson (Elizabeth Hendrickson); after speaking to Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard), he realizes what is at stake and who will be affected by the decision he has to make. Viewers of the ABC soap opera will be happy to know that by week’s end he will give the DA his answer! Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) is concerned at how much of a potential threat Margaux really is, but after his talk with Drew; Sonny is about to give him an update too.

Ava Jerome (Maura West) continues to travel down a very dark path, something we haven’t seen since she killed Morgan Corinthos (Bryan Craig). It appears she has found a new friend to share drinks with; could it be Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom), who is still busy trying to convince the town he is his twin brother, Dr. Kevin Collins? What are these two vindictive psychos planning next?

General Hospital spoilers reveal Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) may have spotted Peter August (Wes Ramsey) invite Lulu Falconeri (Emme Rylan) out, after she admitted to struggling in her marriage and Dante’s (then-Dominc Zamprogna) decision to go undercover for the WSB; but Maxie encourages them both, hiding her own disappointment. Is this Peter’s second chance at redeeming himself and his friendships?

Cameron Spencer (William Lipton) makes things a whole lot worse when he simply can’t help himself from making ill-advised choices. Let’s hope he doesn’t make things worse for an already fragile Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) or a severely ill, Oscar!
