General Hospital Weekly Spoilers October 29 to November 2: The Britch is Back – Pacts and Bonds Made – Help Sought by Many

General Hospital (GH) spoilers for the week of Monday, October 29 through Friday, November 2, 2018 reveal the character GH fans love to hate is back for her short stint. GH fans will be excited to know Dr. Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) is back this week!

Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) continues to be disappointed by his Aunt Stella Henry (Vernee Watson) who refuses to forgive Jordan Ashford (Briana Nicole Henry) for cheating on long since gone, Tommy. Curtis does, however, go ahead and discuss wedding plans with Jordan; but will the two ever make it to the altar?

Laura Collins (Genie Francis) supports Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) who wanted to go to Ferncliff, trying to face her demons and to see if she could find out who the patient was in the room next to her.  The women make a pact while Carly continues to struggle with all the damage nurse Mary Pat (Patricia Bethune) caused her.

As Soap Opera Spy previously reported Kevin suddenly has some hope, is it possible that he spots Carly or Laura in the facility; or recognizes their voice? Mac (John J. York) and Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) will help Laura with her next project!

GH sources tease that Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) meets with his father, Sonny (Maurice Benard) who reveals that the DA wants his head! Margaux Dawson (Elizabeth Hendrickson) has made it her mission in life to take Sonny down and now is talking to all of Sonny’s loved ones, picking them off, one by one, in hopes that someone will slip up. Sonny, of course, won’t let this happen.

In other General Hospital spoilers, Franco (Roger Howarth) is determined to make it a great Halloween for the kids and puts together a party; hopefully he is able to help Liz (Rebecca Herbst) get to the bottom of what is bothering young Aiden so much. Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom) get closer to Ava Jerome (Maura West) as they seem to be kindred spirits on the dark side.

Unfortunately, towards the end of the week, Ava is forced to defend her actions; but it’s unclear who she’s wronged this time! Michael and Chase (Josh Swickard) seem to be deepening their friendship thanks to what Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier) has done to both of them.
