Brook Lynn’s Confession
Tracy saw that Brook Lynn Quartermaine’s (Amanda Setton) car had a big scrape on the passenger side.
She told her granddaughter that Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn), who was unsupervised and out of control since his father was gone, must have taken the car for a joyride.
She accused Danny of hiding it in the classic car garage.
As Tracy complained that they needed to stop Danny before he hurt someone, Brook Lynn admitted that she had also been in a car crash on Route 91.
She explained that driving to Charlie’s Pub to see Gio Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) perform, another car came into her lane, so she honked, and both cars swerved to avoid each other.
Brook Lynn Confessed She Hit The Guardrail And Had Drunk A Glass Of Wine Before Leaving
The scrape occurred when she hit the guardrail, Brook Lynn added. She explained that since she had one glass of wine before leaving home, she panicked and kept driving.
She further explained it was because she was scared of having to take a breathalyzer test, and a DUI would ruin her and Harrison Chase’s (Josh Swickard) chances of adopting a baby.
Brook Lynn insisted that she had no idea the other car had crashed and only realized what happened when Chase mentioned Curtis and Jordan’s accident.
Realizing that Jordan’s life was in jeopardy, Brook Lynn felt compelled to report to the police, believing she hadn’t committed any crime.

Tracy’s Unethical Cover-Up
However, Tracy dissuaded her, emphasizing that doing the right thing could devastate Brook Lynn’s future, and then proceeded to plan out how to cover it up.
She advised her granddaughter to conceal her car by the boathouse, assuring her that she would take care of the repairs.
Tracy instructed Brook Lynn to keep the accident a secret from everyone, particularly Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna), asserting that only the two of them would be privy to this information.
Brook Lynn felt that keeping this a secret would be unethical, but Tracy finally convinced her.
She again stressed that Brook Lynn could never tell this secret to anyone, not even her husband.

Dante Conferred With Justine About Police Matters
At the PCPD, Dante informed Justine Turner (Nazneen Contractor) that the investigation into Curtis and Jordan’s crash was closed as a single-car accident, but they were still looking into the other driver.
He then handed her the forensics report on Marco Rios’s (Adrian Anchondo) murder, and Justine pointed out that Sidwell believed Sonny and Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) were responsible for the murder.
They talked about how Jason and Sonny had strong alibis, and Justine remarked that the absence of useful evidence in such a violent crime was striking.
Dante mentioned that the only item taken was Marco’s phone (not his cash or gold chain), so if they could locate the phone, they would find their suspect.

Ava And Laura Caught Up
Ava Jerome (Maura West) visited Laura Collins’s (Genie Francis) office, and the mayor started complaining about Sidwell’s request for a new flight path for his helicopter.
Ava suggested that Laura should persuade the city council to approve it since Jenz usually got his way.
Laura countered that Sidwell was a threat and she would be upset if anything happened to Ava due to her association with him.
Ava smiled, saying she had seen a different side of Jenz, noting that he was immersing himself in work to cope with his grief over losing his son.
Ava said approving the flight plan would build goodwill if she worked with him-Laura agreed but asked Ava to stay safe and let her know if anything felt wrong.

Sidwell’s Implied Threats
At Wyndemere, Sidwell told Ezra Boyle (Daniel Cosgrove) to get Mayor Collins to approve his flight plan; he then threw a fit about his issues with the politicians he controlled.
When he criticized Ezra for being incompetent, the councilman shot back that Jenz was the root of all his problems and implied he was the real issue.
Ezra kept saying it wouldn’t look good if he forced the flight plan through against the council’s opposition.
Calmly, Jenz took a pistol from the safe and threatened to fire Ezra if he didn’t deliver, warning that the severance package would be severe and worse than a bad reference.
He then insisted that Ezra get the flight plan approved.

Ava Gave Sidwell Reassurance
Later on, Ava approached Jenz to inform him that Laura had consented to expedite the flight plan.
Curiously, Jenz inquired why Ava would contact Laura on his behalf, to which she responded that she understood all too well how challenging it was to navigate grief without adding any extra burdens.
She explained that reaching out to Laura was her way of helping to ease his struggles.
Jenz was moved by her kindness. Then Jenz said he would always remember how Ava stayed by his side during one of the most difficult times in his life.

Laura Walked In On Ezra’s Drunken Rant To The Bartender
Ezra headed to the Brown Dog to drown his sorrows; even though the bartender insisted that Boyle was on the no-serve list, Ezra insisted on a glass of whiskey.
Meanwhile, Dante received a phone call and informed the caller that he would take care of the situation himself.
He then proceeded to the mayor’s office to inform Laura that Ezra was on the verge of getting drunk at the Brown Dog.
Dante suggested that she could get revenge for the times Boyle had put a camera in her face by contacting a reporter to live-stream the councilman’s “dereliction of duty” at the bar.
As Laura made her way to the bar, she entered just as a tipsy Ezra called her a “sanctimonious, holier-than-thou, high and mighty mayor.”

Josslyn Interrogated “Nathan” About Faison
Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) bumped into Nathan Reeves (Ryan Paevey) at the gym and invited him to work out together so she could ask him about Cesar Faison (Anders Hove).
Cassius Faison (Ryan Paevey) didn’t recognize her at first but quickly masked it by saying it had been a long time since he (as Nathan) had seen her.
While they discussed the pressures of family expectations, Josslyn questioned whether Nathan’s mother had pushed him to pursue a medical career, but he clarified that he wasn’t raised by Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati).
Nathan was surprised when Josslyn mentioned that Faison was also a doctor, and he shared that he only remembered two moments with his father.
One, when he had interrogated him before they knew their true relationship, and another when Faison shot him.
Josslyn Apologized
Josslyn apologized for mentioning Nathan’s father and shared that she had been thinking about Faison a lot after finding his book,
The Crystalline Conspiracy. She noted the book had a woman on the cover who looked like Anna Devane (Finola Hughes); Nathan pointed out that Faison’s obsession with Anna was well-known.
Josslyn then replied that, according to Emma Scorpio-Drake (Braedyn Bruner), a key reason Anna was in the mental hospital was her belief that Faison was still alive.
As Josslyn continued to ask “Nathan” about his feelings towards Faison and if Liesl ever talked about her history with him, Cassius got annoyed.
He said that his father was a subject his family preferred to steer clear of.

Josslyn Said There Were Others She Could Talk To About Faison And Anna, And Left Cassius Suspicious
Then, Josslyn said there were others she could talk to about Faison and Anna, and Nathan asked why she was so curious.
Josslyn explained that Faison was fascinating, a significant figure in Port Charles history, and she apologized again for not considering Nathan’s feelings before their conversation.
Nathan mentioned he needed to go and told Joss it was nice to meet her.
Quickly correcting himself, he added that it was nice to meet her again. As he walked away, Cassius looked back at Josslyn with a hint of suspicion.
Curtis Was With Jordan When The Dermatologist Arrived
Curtis was at the hospital with Jordan when Dr. Caldwell, a dermatologist, came to check her neck and face injuries.
After changing the bandages, Dr. Caldwell said there was no infection, but the cuts might not heal completely due to the burns.
He suggested she see a plastic surgeon about scarring. Later, alone with Curtis, Jordan broke down, saying she never thought she’d have scars and was worried about her healing time.
Justine arrived with flowers, but Jordan said she wasn’t ready for a visit-Curtis followed Justine to the elevator and asked for an update on the crash.

Jordan’s Painful Wake-Up Call
She said the PCPD found it was a single-car accident.
Curtis noted that even without a collision, the other driver left, and the delay in getting Jordan out of the car could have worsened her injuries.
Back in Jordan’s room, she asked for a mirror to see her face-he helped her remove the bandages, and she fought tears at the sight of her cuts and burns.
She asked Curtis to get someone to change her bandages, then sobbed alone over her injuries-meanwhile, Dante returned to his office after seeing Laura and found Justine waiting.
She brought up the crash again, saying she wanted to hold the other driver accountable for leaving the scene.
