General Hospital spoilers for the week of July 29 reveal that Willow continues to struggle with her guilt. Drew and Willow shared a kiss on the 4th of July. While Drew has been able to move on from it without any problem, Willow is wracked with guilt. Willow continues fretting over keeping this secret from Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell).
However, Willow might have a hard time resisting kissing Drew again. There is a preview clip that shows Drew coming out of a pool with Willow practically panting and drooling.
So, will there be another kiss? Will Willow start having naughty dreams about Drew while she sleeps next to Michael?
