‘GH’ Early Week Spoilers March 24-28: Valentin’s Fate, Sidwell’s Secret, Drew’s Hidden Ammo

General Hospital spoilers for the week of March 24, 2025, are in! Fans can expect to learn Valentin Cassadine’s (James Patrick Stuart) fate. Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) has a secret meeting.

Plus, Drew Cain Quartermaine (Cameron Mathison) is poised to strike back after Tracy Quartermaine’s (Jane Elliott) latest move. Keep reading and let’s talk about what is coming up in the ABC soap opera.

Valentin Cassadine’s Fate

Fans just watched as Valentin had a face-off with Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard). The champagne poisoner snuck in but ended up facing Sonny’s gun. Valentin ended up getting out of it with his life spared. However, only because Valentine offered up intel – most mainly because Sonny knows Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) will be after the fugitive as well. Why commit a crime when someone else can do it for you, right?

Chances are that Brennan either doesn’t pull the trigger or someone interrupts. 

Drew Cain Quartermaine Strikes Back

Next week, fans will probably also see Drew strike back at Tracy somehow. The Quartermaine matriarch was more than pleased to tell the congressman about Martin Grey’s (Michael E. Knight) fate.

The politician will likely get a new lawyer quickly, which could lead to Marco’s (Adrian Anchondo) arrival in Port Charles. 

Jenz Sidwell’s Secret Meeting

Speaking of Marco on General Hospital, there is reason to believe that he is actually the son of Sidwell and Natalia Ramirez (Eva LaRue).

It is also teased that Marco shows up at Wyndemere. It seems that Marco was planted by Sidwell to target Lucas Jones (Van Hansis). 

There was that one moment a few weeks ago in which Sidwell touched Lucas’ arm. There was something a bit off and creepy about it, almost as if the villain were hitting on the surgeon.

So, that was probably the first clue. I wonder if Brad Cooper (Parry Shen) will end up saving the day, finally earning redemption as well as Lucas’ heart?

Week of March 24, 2025

Fans will also see Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) continue fretting about the blackmail. Ava Jerome (Maura West) foreshadowed Drew’s downfall, so that whodunit will be coming up soon.

Speaking of Drew, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) will continue trying to redirect Willow Tait Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen).

Nina offered to buy her daughter a house. If this fails, Nina could expose her own fling with the congressman. That would probably disgust Willow and send her running from Drew. At the same time, it could mean Nina loses her daughter all over again.
