GH spoilers for the week of October 28 reveal that Sam and Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins) will go through the risky procedure.

While Lulu will eventually wake up, Sam won’t. While it is a risky procedure, Sam and her liver are healthy.

Most of the concerns have been stemming from Lulu, not Sam’s health. So, when doctors tell the loved ones that Sam died, it will come as a total shock. 

GH Spoilers – About Cyrus Renault

It isn’t certain if there will be a complication during surgery, or if Sam dies from an infection or something else afterward.

There is word that Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) could end up responsible for Sam’s death. However, at this point in the storyline, this is just a theory.

Soaps love to redeem villains, so it doesn’t seem like Cyrus is headed back down a dark road. Of course, soaps sometimes surprise us.

General Hospital Spoilers – Week Of October 28, 2024

Next week, fans can also expect Heather to be released from prison. Heather will reunite with her estranged son, Steven Webber (Scott Reeves).

Despite Steven’s previous stance, he seems willing to try to reunite with his mother. That could be easier said than done, though.

Also, Sidwell will slither into Port Charles. Sidwell is looking for his diamonds, which is why Holly Sutton (Emma Samms) is desperately trying to unload them.

Once Sidwell learns that Sasha Gilmore Corbin (Sofia Mattsson) is Holly’s daughter, she could become a target.

Also, others in Port Charles could face Sidwell’s wrath. Sidwell wants his diamonds back and he doesn’t care if they were conned.

So, with Holly trying to make a deal with Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard), there could be catastrophic consequences. Sidwell seems like a man who doesn’t care if someone wronged him intentionally or not, so stay tuned.
