GH Spoilers: Esme Feels The Wrath Of Ava, Sets Up Nikolas But Wife Not Buying

General Hospital spoilers and updates tease that a fierce confrontation will ensue between Ava Cassadine (Maura West) and Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) in an upcoming episode of GH!

General Hospital Spoilers – Ava Cassadine Catches Esme Prince In The Act

Previous GH episodes revealed that Esme had been tasked by her father, Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom) to break the Cassadine couple up by seducing Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma). Esme had reported back to Ryan that this had not yet happened, along with some other issues she had encountered, and her father told her she needed to step it up! Ryan wants Ava back, and of course that is regardless of whether she wants him or not; but with Nikolas in the way, he can’t proceed with his own plan!

So Esme manipulates Nikolas and tricks him, spiking his favorite liquor with the same pills she used to drug Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) after pouring him a drink. She then undresses him and undresses herself and to ensure the maximum effect, she gets him into Ava’s bed with herself when she’s due home from the gallery!

GH Spoilers – Esme Prince Realizes That Spencer Cassadine Could Come Home First

Esme realizes when she plans this that Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) could very well arrive home first, so she sets up a distraction for him ahead of time. She also texts him from Nikolas’ phone and tells him to meet him at the Metro Court after he gets off of work, hopefully distracting him long enough. Esme then sends a second text from Nikolas’ phone close to the time Spencer was supposed to meet up with him and that he’s running late! By this time Nikolas is dead to the world and out like a light, and unknowingly takes a page from Nelle Benson’s (Chloe Lanier) playbook. She takes off the rest of his clothes and hers, gets under the covers, and acts like she’s asleep too!

General Hospital Spoilers – Esme Prince Didn’t Count On This!

Esme didn’t count on Spencer and Ava encountering each other in the Metro Court and Spencer and the two actually communicating with each other! Unbeknownst to her, Ava went by the Metro Court to have a drink before heading back home, and when Spencer gets the “texts from Nikolas” she was there. When he doesn’t show up, Spencer asks Ava if she’s heard anything from Nikolas and she hasn’t – she calls and gets a little worried when he doesn’t pick up.

Ava tells Spencer to wait at The Metro Court for Nikolas and she’ll go back to Wyndemere to check and make sure everything is okay. She arrives, she calls, she looks everywhere for him noting Esme is nowhere in sight either and finally goes to her bedroom and isn’t surprised at what she finds!

GH Spoilers – Ava Cassadine Knows Esme Prince Set Up Nikolas Cassadine!

Because Ava ran into Spencer looking for Nikolas, she knows that the sight before her is a set up, and after checking Nikolas for a pulse, she realizes he’s been drugged! Esme should have done a little research on Nikolas’ sleeping habits before coming up with this plan – he’s not that heavy a sleeper even after alcohol!

Ava rips the naked Esme out of the bed, and tells her to get dressed and out of her bedroom! She isn’t buying what Esme’s selling – she’s suspected that Trina may have been drugged that night at the cabin but not able to prove it! Esme now cries attempted rape; oh, oh, so predictable- Ava tells Esme the jig is up and she’s going down – for the attempted rape of Nikolas!
