‘GH’ Spoilers Weekly Update Feb 16-20: Remembering Luke, Tracy vs Sidwell, Maxie’s Shock

General Hospital spoilers have been released for the week of February 16, 2026. It sounds like an action-filled week.

Port Charles will remember Luke Spencer (Anthony Geary). Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliott) confronts Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota).

Plus, Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) reacts to Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) being alive. Keep reading to find out what is coming up in the ABC soap opera.

Maxie Jones Stunned

Let’s start off with Maxie, who just woke up from a coma. Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) was the one who told Maxie that Nathan is alive.

At first, Maxie will be in disbelief, then it will turn to confusion, and finally, joy. However, it also brings up a moral dilemma. 

For one thing, Maxie loved Nathan fiercely. So, will she still have those feelings? How will that affect Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) and Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening)? Especially now that Nathan and Lulu have feelings for each other?

Tracy Quartermaine vs Jenz Sidwell

Next up, we have Tracy, who will face off with Sidwell. However, the woman had better be careful. Tracy is definitely very fierce,  but Sidwell is dangerous. The villain doesn’t have any problem killing off anyone who gets in his way.

General Hospital spoilers for the week of February 16 reveal that Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) has a concerning discussion with Jason Morgan (Steve Burton).

The blonde says that Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) swears Brick (Stephen A. Smith) has no agenda. However, Carly doesn’t believe it. 

Brick has always been a solid confidante to the mob boss. So, what makes Carly think that he suddenly can’t be trusted?

Marco Rios’ Evil Turn

There is also Lucas Jones (Van Hansis), who confided in Elizabeth “Liz” Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst). The woman warned the surgeon to get out of Wyndemere immediately.

However, when Lucas faces Marco Rios (Adrian Anchondo) again, things take an unexpected turn. Lucas tries to run away, but Marco roughly grabs him. The lawyer says, “You aren’t going anywhere.”

What Else to Expect

As for what else to expect, Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) takes Liz out on a date. Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) tries to warn Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati). 

Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) tries to encourage Cody Bell (Josh Kelly). Will he finally make things right with Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos)? 

Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) makes a confession. Later, Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) ends up in hot water. Plus, Port Charles remembers Luke Spencer.
