‘GH’ Spoilers Weekly Update Jan 26-30: Jason’s Revelation, Tracy’s Setback, Valentin Alarmed

General Hospital spoilers are in for the week of January 26, 2026. Fans can expect Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) to have a revelation.

Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliott) suffers a setback. Plus, Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) is alarmed. Keep reading to find out what is coming up in the ABC soap opera.

Jason Morgan’s Revelation

Let’s start off with Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud). The woman used an opportunity to fight with Carly Spencer (Laura Wright). That led to Britt suddenly demanding that Jason choose between her and Carly. When Jason didn’t answer, Britt just ran off!

Jason has known Britt for a while. The man knows that something isn’t right and goes on a mission to get answers.

However, when Jason tries to corner Britt at the hospital, she says if he ever cared about her, to leave her alone. Later in the week, though, Jason has a revelation. 

Rocco Falconeri’s Pain

Britt could also make a move to try to protect Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr). The doctor might think the further Rocco is from her, the safer he will be.

However, this will just leave Rocco feeling confused and hurt. When Jason gets an update, it could make him even more convinced that something isn’t right!

Valentin Cassadine Alarmed

General Hospital spoilers for the week of January 26 reveal that Valentin will be alarmed. Could he discover that Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) is being tortured in captivity? Or maybe this is about Charlotte Cassadine (Bluesy Burke)? 

What Else to Expect

As for what else to expect, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) manages to manipulate Ava Jerome (Maura West). 

Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) brokers an introduction. Then, in a preview clip for Monday, Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) is talking to Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota). Of course, this could be about Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) as well. 

Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) reports intel to Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna). At first, the WSB boss is furious that Josslyn isn’t following orders.

However, the blonde has really good intel and pushes Jack to hear her out. Tracy suffers some kind of setback. Right after that, though, she makes a surprising discovery. Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) turns to Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) for help. 

Giovanni “Gio” Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) and Emma Scorpio-Drake (Braedyn Bruner) are waylaid. Meanwhile, Nathan lets his guard down.

That sounds like maybe someone gets past Nathan, or the detective could even be attacked. Also, Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) is rebuffed. 

Elsewhere, Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos) shares her news with Cody Bell (Josh Kelly).
