‘GH’ Spoilers Weekly Update Jan 5-9: Kai’s Options, Valentin’s New Plan, Molly Bonds

General Hospital spoilers are in for the week of January 5, 2026! Fans can expect Kai Taylor (Jens Austin Astrup) to weigh his options. Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) comes up with a new plan.

Plus, Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos) compares notes with Nathan West (Ryan Paevey). Keep reading, and let’s talk about what is coming up in the ABC soap opera.

Kristina Corinthos-Davis’ Proposition

Let’s start off with Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi), who learned that Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) has a shocking new strategy.

Kristina was horrified that her mother was going after Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson). While Alexis tried to explain things to Kristina, things took a turn.

Alexis is calling more people to the stand. This includes calling some witnesses who have already testified.

At some point, Michael asks someone to find Jacinda Breckell (Paige Herschell). Then, Kristina tells Jacinda that she needs to leave town right away.

Britt Westbourne Cornered

Over with Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna), fans know that he was on an alarming phone call. Fans watched as Brennan asked if they were ready to pull the plug on Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud). It’s not exactly clear what the WSB boss meant by that, but it’s nothing good!

Next thing we know, Brennan corners Britt. Will Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) swoop in to save the day once again?

Kai Taylor & Trina Robinson’s Options

General Hospital spoilers for next week reveal that Kai and Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) weigh their options.

The couple finds information that makes them certain who really shot Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison). However, is this person a loved one of Trina’s? If so, what will they do with the evidence?

Laura Collins’ Stands Her Ground

As for Laura Collins (Genie Francis), she is still being blackmailed by Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota). Then, the woman had to deal with another one of Sidwell’s demands, delivered by Ezra Boyle (Daniel Cosgrove). 

Now that Charlotte Cassadine (Bluesy Burke) has warned Laura about Sidwell’s threat, she is determined to protect her grandson.

The mayor will urge Kevin Collins (Jon Lindstrom) to get Ace Cassadine (Karis and Kiernan Barry) out of Port Charles. Later in the week, Laura confers with Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard).

What Else to Expect

It is also stated that Molly compares notes with Nathan. Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) reconnects with Sonny.

Meanwhile, Jason and Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) encounter Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison). Plus, Carly and Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) brainstorm a new plan.

As for Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr), she begs Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) for more time. Later, the doctor will open up to Elizabeth “Liz” Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst).
