General Hospital spoilers are in for the week of July 20, 2026. We can expect Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) to keep a secret from Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart). Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) gets a fierce warning.

Plus, Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) and Danny Morgan (Asher Antonzyn) come home. Keep reading to find out what is coming up in the ABC soap opera.

Anna Devane’s Next Chapter

Let’s kick off this post with Anna. The woman has returned to our screens, but not everything is as it seems. In any case, Anna will return to work as commissioner.

That means she will need to be updated on all the cases they are currently working on. 

However, I do worry about Anna’s mental health and jumping back into police work. In any case, as the week progresses, Anna gets a fierce warning from Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna).

Anna will also make Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) an offer. However, Chase is also tested by Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna).

Carly Spencer Shaken

Over with Carly, she will be shaken. This might have to do with Valentin’s briefcase. While the man thinks the “case of secrets” belongs to Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes), it actually belongs to Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna). 

Carly might not want that briefcase in her house or for Valentin to play games. However, the man is going to do what he thinks is best. 

Later in the week, Carly keeps a secret from Valentin. I don’t like the sound of this. This romance was fiery in the beginning, but now I’m getting weird vibes.

Of course, it won’t help that Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) is plotting against them, either.

 

Lulu Spencer’s Confession

General Hospital spoilers for the week of July 20 reveal that Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) tells Sonny the truth.

However, I have to wonder why Lulu is telling Sonny the truth about Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) now. 

What Else to Expect

As for the rest of the week, Willow Tait Cain (Katelyn MacMullen) makes a nasty realization. Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliott) grants a request, which might be from Cody Bell (Josh KellY). Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) gets some tough love. 

As for Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr), she surprises Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner). However, I wonder if this will cause a problem with Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson)?

Also,  Laura Collins (Genie Francis) shares intel with Dante.  Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) compares notes with Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn).  Also, Jason and Danny finally come home.
