‘GH’ Spoilers Weekly Update March 30-April 3: Sidwell Strikes, Surgery Day, Nathan’s Intel

General Hospital spoilers are in for the week of March 30, 2026! Fans can expect Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) to unleash his wrath. It’s surgery day for Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos).

Plus, Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) gains valuable intel. Keep reading to find out what is coming up in the ABC soap opera.

Fostering Help

Let’s start off with Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) and Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton). The couple just went through a foster screening.

However, the social worker was alarmed to learn that the couple named the baby already. The woman sensed they were already attached, which means they might not get selected.  BLQ and Chase end up turning to Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) for help. 

Surgery Day

Over with Molly, it’s surgery day. The lady has endometriosis. The scarring and cramps have been getting really worse, so now the doctors want to perform an operation.

Before the surgery day, Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) takes Molly out. They end up having a great time and Cody declares they won. 

However, I worry about what happens during the surgery. It’s supposed to be a routine procedure, but things go wrong all the time in soaps.

Mysterious Text Message

General Hospital spoilers for the week of March 30 reveal that Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) will get a mysterious text message. 

That same day, Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) is rattled. Meanwhile, Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) manages to surprise Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr). 

Back to Nathan, he issues a warning on Thursday’s episode. This could be about the secret he’s keeping for Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr). 

Bold Suggestion

Over with Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard), he makes a bold suggestion to Laura Collins (Genie Francis). Well, they better act fast because if the police won’t arrest Sonny without evidence, then Sidwell might handle it himself!

In fact, this is the news that could rattle Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) this week. She’s going to be busy keeping the man from doing something stupid.

Connecting the Dots

As for Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) and Lucas Jones (Van Hansis), they end up connecting the dots.

At the end of the week, Lucas will make a realization. Could he figure out that the man he saved is the same one who killed Marco Rios (Adrian Anchondo)? Will the surgeon be tempted to correct a wrong?

Meanwhile, Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) takes out his frustration on Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros).
