‘GH’ Spoilers Weekly Update Sept 29-Oct 3: Monica’s Shocking Will, Alexis’ Danger, Britt vs Liz

General Hospital spoilers are in for the week of September 29, 2025. Fans can expect there to be dramatic consequences to Monica Quartermaine’s (Lesley Charleson) will.

Monica Quartermaine’s Shocking Will

Let’s start off with Monica, who has passed away. Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) already tried crashing the funeral, but got kicked out.

Later, we will see the will reading of Monica’s estate. There is a bombshell in that will reading that will have consequences. I wonder if this is the real reason why Veronica “Ronnie” Bard (Erika Slezak) has come to Port Charles right after Monica’s death.

Later, Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliott) makes a vow. Then, at the end of the week, Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) is out for blood. 

Anna Devane’s New Evidence

In a preview clip for Monday’s episode, Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) gets a phone call that changes things in Drew’s shooting investigation.

The police commissioner tells someone on the phone that it definitely changes the game.  Later, Anna gets shocking evidence.

Harrison Chase’s Search Warrant

General Hospital spoilers for the week of September 29 reveal that Anna and Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) deliver a search warrant. That same day, Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) gets life-changing news. The next day, Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) shares his theory with Portia. 

It is also teased that Jacinda (Paige Herschell) reports back to Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson). While they have a shared alibi story, Jacinda isn’t sure it’s believed.  That same day, Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) ends up distraught. Chase also shares a revelation.

Week of September 29, 2025

Alexis ends up in danger. Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) makes a new connection. Meanwhile, Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) gets interrogated. Later, Alexis warns Sonny. 

Liz confronts Britt. Meanwhile, Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) returns to town. When she comes back, expect her to have a meeting with Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna).

Britt plays hardball. Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) tries to play peacemaker between Britt and Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati). 

Gio Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) makes a big decision. Is it time for him to finally forgive his family? Fans have seen Gio thaw, so maybe he can finally get to know Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) and Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) as his parents.

 Also, Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson) seeks out Portia. Plus, Carly pays a special visit to Liz.
