General Hospital spoilers tease that Ava Jerome (Maura West) has been making some rather big swings in recent weeks and viewers are worried that means that Ava may killed off sooner rather than later.
Ava was recently revealed as the person responsible for Alexis Davis’ (Nancy Lee Grahn) disbarment although it was an act she committed a couple years ago.
In addition, Ava knows that Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Bernard) bi-polar medication has been altered, but she has kept that information to herself for her own purposes.
General Hospital Spoilers – Ava Jerome Gives As Good As She Gets
Most recently, Sonny evicted from his penthouse after he discovered what Ava did to Alexis. Their argument was particularly nasty and because Sonny isn’t on the right dosage of his medication, Sonny was quite vicious.
Of course, Ava can give as good as she gets and she was just as cruel in her own way. It can be difficult to separate reality from fiction, so in a recent interview with Woman’s World, Maura was asked how she ensures there are no hard feelings after an intense scene such as that.
GH Spoilers – Maura West Always Makes A Point To Connect With Her Co-Stars
Maura said that she and Maurice make sure to check in with each other before they leave the set.
She went on to say that she likes to thank her screen partner anyway, but after a particularly heavy scene that both parties need to clear that negative energy so they make sure that’s what they do.
West also states that she enjoys working with younger actors like Tabyana Ali (Trina Robinson) as they discover their own talents. But what about Ava’s future? Has she gone too far?
General Hospital Spoilers – Maura West Doesn’t Think Ava Jerome Needs To Be Redeemed
Many General Hospital fans have been concerned that Ava won’t be redeemed and could be leaving the show. Maura said that her character is there to be the villain and doesn’t necessarily need redemption although she does concede that Ava has a lot going on right now.
So while it’s possible Ava could be written out, if she had her way Maura West will be staying put as Ava as long as she can.
So only time will tell what fate will ultimately befall Ava or if she’ll have to pay for her crimes one way or another.

No I’m Glad he kicked her out! I hate villains who take advantage of a person like Sonny and don’t tell him what she knows. Write her off I won’t be sad.
I think that Ava should not be written out of the show yet I still want her character on the show. She’s like one of my favorite characters in the show. I love how she’s got rid for goody two shoes act and she’s being vicious and mean is that’s why I love about her as a character, but she has made some enemies in Port Charles specially sunny. She never went to jail for killing Connie, and she still has not ever complain about what she did to Morgan. You know she tampered with his medication her sister Olivia, who played the bomb killed him, was never really prosecuted, she died before she in prison , now Maura, who plays Ava I love her, so please if you can do not take her out of the show yet I want to see what Ashley happens with her. But I definitely agree about her tampering with Morgan’s meds just like Sonny’s meds are being tampered, but now who knows.
These new writers seem hell bent on getting rid of the most respected and loved actors on GH. With countless twists and turns to be had, are they just not capable of keeping these long time brilliant actors moving with good storylines? Even thinking about getting rid of Ava (Maura West) would be crazy! Getting rid of Franco (Roger Howarth) and now Finn (Michael Easton) is heartbreaking and poor decision making! Can’t we just have a soap opera that’s creative, interesting, action filled, has actual “medical” drama with great actors we enjoy?!! And please get a medical profession on staff to help the “Hospital” show do things accurately because things are absolutely awful and outdated!!! The ALS symptom portrayal was really really wrongly done! And there is no way in hell EMS would have left Finn propped up in a chair when he was drunk and incoherent!!! Come on GH , you need to get your act straight! You’re disappointing fans!
