Rebecca Budig Talks Leaving General Hospital

General Hospital fans were upset when they learned that Rebecca Budig who plays Hayden Barnes on the popular soap was let go. Rebecca took to Twitter to address her fans and thank them she tweeted, “Unfortunately, Hayden is being written off the canvas. I have to thank @valentinifrank and @ABCNetwork for giving me this opportunity.”   She went on to tweet, “First of all, I want to thank all the fans of #GH who have supported me and been so kind. You guys are amazing.”

Rebecca did tell her fans that the decision to leave was not hers.
