Top Three Storylines We Would Love to See Happen on General Hospital In 2020

As 2020 begins, it is a great time to sit back and consider which storylines would be the best stories for the new year. There are many current storylines that GH fans want to start up and see the drama ensue, but also for other storylines to end and see the outcome of! Here are three storylines that GH viewers would love to see in 2020!

General Hospital Spoilers – Michael Corinthos Finally Learns the Truth

The biggest wish list storyline for 2020 is for Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) to learn the truth about baby Wiley/Jonah! Michael has gotten the short end of the stick throughout his life on many occasions, but not knowing the truth about his son being alive takes the cake! It will be a long-awaited moment for GH viewers to watch Michael get his son back.

Michael’s bond with baby Wiley is already strong and finding out the truth will hopefully let him understand better this strong connection! While it looks that the truth about baby Wiley/Jonah could become uncovered because of Brad telling Lucas and Brad’s own guilt to tell the truth before Lucas wakes up, but that might not be the case. Nelle (Chloe Lanier) has a plan all her own as shown by her will to get out of prison and her vision board for the future. Will it be Nelle that will reveal her and Brad’s secret for her chance to be a mother? If Nelle does get released or escapes, how will this figure into Wiley/Jonah’s custody?

While the end of this baby swap story is long overdue, the drama that will ensue from the fallout will only begin! The truth about baby Wiley/Jonah will have repercussions for so many! What will be Brad’s (Parry Shen) punishment be? When, or if, Lucas (Ryan Carnes) wakes up from his coma, what will be his reaction? Will he even remember? So many possibilities can occur once the truth is revealed, but the hardest one, behind Lucas, over losing Wiley will be for Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen). Willow has been falling in love with a son that is not really hers. Will this push Willow into a future with Chase and possible children?

GH Spoilers – Nikolas Cassadine’ is Revealed to be Alive

GH fans cannot wait for the moment that Nikolas’ (Marcus Coloma) family, friends and enemies learn that he is still alive! The shock will ripple through Port Charles. How will his mother, Laura (Genie Francis) and sister, Lulu (Emme Rylan), react to him letting them believe he was dead for years? Will it be a happy or mad reunion? GH viewers always love when Spencer (Nicolas Bechtel) comes to Port Charles, so hopefully, this will bring him sooner rather than later! Not all his family will have a happy reunion as his Uncle Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) will do everything in his power to keep the Cassadine fortune and power that comes along with it!

The return of Nikolas Cassadine will also have an effect on the past women of his lives! The audience has already seen the repercussions it had on Nikolas when Ava (Maura West) found out he was still alive. With Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) back in town, could this bring the possibility of a reunion between the two? It will also be a very interesting storyline for Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) to discover her past best friend/lover has been alive this whole time!

General Hospital Spoilers – Claudette Being Found and Coming Back

Curtis is on the trail of Claudette’s (Bree Williamson) whereabouts, thanks to Jax (Ingo Rademacher) and Lulu! Last, the audience heard of Claudette was that she is still alive, but she is in a coma and Valentin knows where she is. Claudette has always been a bit of a troublemaker while she is in Port Charles and she could be just the woman to keep shaking it up!

Is there another twist in the paternity of Charlotte(Scarlett Fernandez)? Remember she has lied about Charlotte’s paternity with multiple men! Is Charlotte Lulu’s and Valentin’s or from a different set of parents? GH viewers are very aware that Valentin has no problem with faking DNA results to his benefit, did he do that once again? It would be an interesting time for Claudette’s return, which could change the entire outcome of Lulu’s and Valentin’s possible future custody battle!

Only time will tell if these storylines will be told, but hopefully, that time will be during 2020!
