Let’s just say that she’s the kind of person that certainly doesn’t hold back on her feelings about anything, ever. Clearly, we are talking about General Hospital star Nancy Lee Grahn, who is best known for her role as Alexis Davis on the hit ABC soap.
Tragic Details About Nancy Lee Grahn And General Hospital
And while there’s no doubt that a lot of people see Alexis as a legendary character on the canvas, it seems like her portrayer Nancy likes to stir up just as much drama offscreen as she does while she’s in front of the cameras.
And that’s not because Nancy is a controversial figure herself. Instead, it’s because she is incredibly outspoken.
Nancy is not the kind of person who is going to ignore the things that is going on in the world and is certainly going to tell it like it is, even if it’s just from her point of view, no matter how tragic it might come out.
But that doesn’t seem to be the only issue. Back in 2024, fans were even calling to have Nancy Lee Grahn removed. And that was all because of comments she made about Donald Trump and the assassination attempt on his life.
At the time, the actress wrote, “I am as most of us extremely upset, frustrated, worried & not knowing what to do but wanting to do something.”
“I’m going to walk away, take some deep breaths & visualize a calm, sane, productive next few months where voters show up like never before to secure a Biden victory.”
What’s Next For Nancy Lee Grahn?
It didn’t take very long for one of her social media fans to respond. The fan wrote, “Nancy, I’m so disappointed. Whether you are a dem or a rep or ind or other, assassination attempts have no place in the USA.
There are plenty of fault to go around on both sides. I may just be a small voice but after reading your posts with no condemnation on what happened.”
So far Nancy Lee Grahn herself hasn’t made many any comments about the matter, although if she does, there’s no doubt that she’s going to take to her social media accounts to express her feelings. Watch this space as we have a feeling there is so much more to come.

If you read this you know it was back in 24. Over with. She also said she’d take a deep breath and step back. She did!! Get over it!! Freedom of speech is for everyone. If she wants to go on her socials and say something about anything she has the right. If these sites want to repost it on their websites they are the ones starting rage bait!! She’s allowed to say what she feels just as you. Love her or condemn her that’s your right. But demand she loses her job over it is ridiculous. Maurice has just as many rages on his socials of how he feels about the current administration also. Don’t see you telling ABC to fire him. Get over it. Plenty of people have opinions about everything and don’t lose their jobs.
I also was one of the fan’s that think Nancy should keep her hatred to herself. We are fan’s of GH not her hatered for the president of USA.If she don’t like it then we sure won’t miss her.In fact we will all be happier seeing she is gone.I know we the fans are tired of the poor poor me act. Get over yourself Nancy we would like the soap more if you leave your potty mouth at your own door
You know Trump not helping gas food every is high
