The plan was thwarted by Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) along with Luke and Laura Spencer (Anthony Geary and Genie Francis) and Mikkos and Tony were killed. Victor went to prison where it was later reported that he had been murdered but he has returned from the dead several times.
General Hospital Spoilers – The New Director Of The WSB
In 2014 Victor was revealed to be the new director of the WSB and it came to light that he had been involved with Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) in the past. During an encounter with Detective Nathan West, (Ryan Paevey) Victor found out he was Obrecht’s son and refused to shoot him out of fear that he was the young man’s father later found out he was not. Lisel lied because she did not want anyone to know that Cesar Faison (Anders Hove) was the true biological father of her son. During a showdown at the Crichton-Clark clinic, Victor set off a bomb and was presumed dead in the explosion.
GH Spoilers – The Fake Medical Conference
Upon this latest return, Victor set up Liesl to go to a fake medical conference in St. Lucia. He had her plane hijacked and his goons threw Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner) out but he survived. Victor claimed he had been watching Liesl and saw that she and Scott were getting too close so now he has her under lock and key where no one can find her. Victor’s brother Mikkos was married to Helena Cassadine (Constance Towers) who was the grandmother of Nikolas and great-grandma of Spencer. Be sure to stay tuned as this story unfolds to see if Obrecht escapes and if Victor Cassadine is killed for the third time.
