General Hospital spoilers – Georgie has had a full and interesting life even as a child
Georgie was born in 2013 when Maxie was a surrogate for her best friend, Lulu Spencer (Emme Rylan). In a strange twist of fate, she miscarried their baby and then got pregnant after a fling with Spinelli.
A contentious custody battle ensued but the judge awarded full custody to Spinelli, with Maxie forbidden to see her own daughter based on her horrendous actions regarding keeping the secret about the baby from everyone.
The next year, Maxie’s case was reviewed and she was given visitation rights to Georgie, who by this time had moved to Seattle with Spinelli and Ellie Trout (Emily Wilson).
Viewers saw the girl in 2017 when Georgie came to Port Charles with Spin to attend her mom’s wedding and again the next year, when Spinelli brought her to help Maxie get over the death of her husband.

At this time Spinelli is back in town. He came to help his two best friends, Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) and Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco). He was asked to help get Sam free of criminal charges after being set up by Peter August (Wes Ramsey).
After his arrival Spinelli told Maxie that Ellie likely is headed out this way from Portland in order to take a new job. This indicates that the family will remain in town. But the exact particulars are up for debate.

I believe that Georgie is already back in PC. Spinelli, Ellie, and Georgie moved back to PC awhile ago. Georgie went to Violet’s birthday party recently. I am sure that Maxie will get to see more of Georgie. At this time Georgie has a new sibling on the way because Maxie is pregnant with Peter’s baby. I am sure that she will be a good big sister to her new sibling like she has been to James. I hope that things will work out for Maxie, Peter, James, Georgie, and the new baby in the end.
