Hallmark announces the new, original movie, Never Too Late to Celebrate, starring the popular husband and wife team, Alexa PenaVega and Carlos PenaVega. The movie comes to your screen on August 19 as part of the network’s annual Summer Nights programming event. Never Too Late to Celebrate on Hallmark Channel
According to the official synopsis, Never Too Late to Celebrate tells the story of Camile (Alexa PenaVega), whose busy schedule at the dental practice where she works has left her exhausted. This is so much so that she has little time for a life outside of her patient load.
However, when she meets Javi (Carlos PenaVega), a substitute teacher at the school where Camila’s mother (Sherri Miller) works, she takes him up on a kind offer. He has invited her to join the Spanish class he teaches on the side so she can finally learn the language of her late father.

As Javi helps Camila connect with her Mexican roots, sparks fly between them. Meanwhile, with her 30th birthday just around the corner, he encourages her to mark the milestone with a “double quinceañera” in honor of her Hispanic heritage.
As Camila isn’t one for big parties, she is hesitant at first. However, ultimately, she decides to take the plunge and celebrate her birthday in style.
Through this process, Camila discovers what she truly wants for her next chapter in life, although her new path may lead her and Javi in separate directions.

Alexa PenaVega, who plays Camila, has previously been seen in Love in the Limelight, the Spy Kids franchise and From Prada to Nada. Meanwhile, Carlos PenaVega, who plays Javi, is known for his roles in Love in the Limelight, Big Time Rush and Ned’s Declassified School Survival Guide. Sherry Miller, who plays Camila’s mother, has been seen in Johnny Mnemonic, The Virgin Suicides and It’s a Boy Girl Thing.
Carlos Gonzalez-Vio stars in an uncredited role and is known for The Expanse, Designated Survivor and Orphan Black. Rosario Romero Castro also plays and uncredited role. Meanwhile, Marisa McIntyre is in an uncredited role but has previously starred in Chucky, Mrs. America and Ruby and the Well. Last, but not least, Paola Della Malva stars in an uncredited role and is known for roles in A Day to Remember, The Limestone Players and Ghosts.

The new, original Hallmark movie, Never Too Late to Celebrate, hails from Muse Entertainment with Joel S. Rice, Jonas Prupas and Aren Prupas executive producing. Meanwhile, Michael Barbuto is a supervising producer and Shane Boucher and Caitlin Delaney are producers. The movie is directed by Felipe Rodriguez from a script penned by John Bellina and Talia Gonzalez.
