Hallmark Channel News – A Dog Named Indie On Hallmark Channel

While there isn’t much out there about this upcoming Hallmark movie, Both Humberly Gonzalez and Brittany Bristow have dropped several hints on both their Instagram profiles. Bristow also recently posted an Instagram Story referring to the new movie.

She shared an image of herself posing with her co-stars, Chris McNally and Humberly Gonzalez. In her caption, she wrote, “Christmas came early! I am so excited to officially announce that Dog Named Indie will be airing on @hallmarkchannel Spring 2022!”

However, besides that Instagram Story, both Brittany and Humberly have posted a number of images of themselves, posing with a bunch of adorable dogs. In the posts, mention is made of Love Rescued, which was reportedly the original name for A Dog Named Indie. We will share some of the best images throughout this page.

A brief synopsis on the movie’s IMDb page reads as follows: “When Bella discovers that funding for her dog rescue center is discontinued, she turns to JR, a soldier who quickly becomes attached to one of her rescues, a German Shepherd named Indie.”

While Brittany’s post mentions spring 2022 as a release time, the IMDb page does mention that the movie is currently in post-production. The page goes on to give a hopeful premiere date on Hallmark Channel, by writing, “Expected April 23, 2022.”

Meanwhile, behind the scenes, the movie is directed by Leif Bristow, while Richard Beattie and Agnes Bristow are listed as writers.
