In tonight’s Chesapeake Shores episode, Connor is invited to cocktail hour with his superiors. He is happy and torn since Linda, his boss, has admitted to working with his father’s former colleague. At the meeting he is asked if he worked for his dad previously. Connor gets uncomfortable when they question Mick’s business tactics. He takes a stance, telling them he is uncomfortable. They tell him to relax.

Mick and his brother Thomas head off to walk a length trail they traveled as kids. Jess and David drop off food. They all joke about monsters in the woods. They also warn them of bears. Meanwhile, Connor’s colleague warns him not to lock things in his drawers at work. It is the company’s property after all.

After dropping off Mick and Thomas, Abby and Megan talk. She wonders if her parents are getting back together.

Connor visits Abby and tells her all about how strange things have been for him at work. Abby tells him to be careful. Meanwhile, Kevin’s captain continues to call him by the wrong name. The captain’s chili also tastes off. Kevin notices he has been using baking soda.

Jess vents to her mom and David. She doesn’t know who to pick for her maid of honor. She jokes that she plans to elope.

Jess and David hold a party for visitors at the inn. Megan drops by. Meanwhile, Mick and Thomas talk about getting old, their childhood and death while walking a trail in the woods on their hike.

Megan pays a visit to her favorites local artist who just wants to live a quiet life and not be noticed. She just wants to help him, she tells him.

Mick and Thomas argue about who their dad loved more. They see a boulder in the distance they believe they saw as kids. They move faster and end up rolling down the hill, both getting hurt.

Abby vents to Jess back at the house about how much Evan Kinkaid keeps calling her. Jess worries over cupcakes and her party.

Thomas and Mick trying to pick themselves off the ground. Thomas realizes his ankle hurts and he cannot stand. They hardly have reception. Mick tries to get up and hike higher and falls again. They realize they are getting old. They sit and take aspirins, laughing a little.

Abby brings the girls to karate. They let her take a chance punching the ouching bag. It feels good for her to let off steam. Meanwhile, Kevin decides to confront his captain about his memory and lack of sleep.

Connor helps Abby at work. She needs to find a deed. She offers him a free dinner. They sit and dig through paperwork. They find some old contracts that were signed by their dad. But they know it was forged. Their dad was in Florida with them. They hunt fo pictures and find ones with dates. It looks like Mick was framed.

Mick’s new employee is at The Bridge when his PO comes in. He warns him that he needs to disclose the truth to his employer that he is a felon. He shares that he lied on his last job but Mick knows. His PO will let it slide. Meanwhile, Mick and Thomas finally find the boulder they say on as kids. They get two young men on the trail to help them and take their picture.

Jess and David talk. The party of people staying at their inn believe in a magical creature. David just doesn’t get it. But Jess does. It makes them one and its about believing in something bigger. They head out into the woods in search of the creature. Out there, they decide to have both cakes and cupcakes at their wedding.

Thomas and Mick make it home. Megan is shocked at their injuries. They could care less. They fight over the boulder.
