‘Chesapeake Shores’ season 4 spoilers reveal that there is a rocky road ahead for Trace Riley (Jesse Metcalfe) and Abby O’Brien (Megan Ory). Jessie sat down recently and dished about the Trabby romance with Entertainment Tonight.
The high school sweethearts all but stopped communicating with each other while Trace was on tour. The musician came home early in an attempt to salvage any relationship he may still have left with Abby.
Mick O’Brien (Treat Williams) wasn’t happy to see Trace and warned him about interfering in Abby’s life. ‘Chesapeake Shores’ season four spoilers tease that Trace isn’t going to go away that easily. Will he make a bold move? Will Trace make the ultimate bold move? Jessie Metcalfe teased, “Trace is all about bold moves!”
Before Trace makes any grand romantic gesture, he’ll need to learn to respect Abby’s boundaries. Metcalfe explained, “[Trace] chose his career, he chose the band, and he has to respect the fact that [Abby] doesn’t want to be on the emotional rollercoaster.”
Chessies, don’t expect a fairytale reunion. ‘CS’ spoilers previously confirmed that the singer/songwriter and the successful businesswoman will a chance at new romances. “[Trace needs] to try on the idea of living his life without Abby. And that’s where these new love interests come in.”

“[Trace] is definitely not looking for [a new romance]. He realizes he’s still very much in love with Abby. But, this new, very interesting person starts working at The Bridge and they have a lot in common and things kind of take on a life of their own.”
The new and interesting person Is singer/songwriter Emma Rogers (Lanie McAuley). Chessies got a first look at the chemistry between Emma and Trace during the ‘Chesapeake Shores’ Season 4 premiere.

“We’re telling a story of real life, and there are ebbs and flows. Things are not always perfect, and if something’s meant to be it will be,” Metcalfe explained. “Trace’s heart will always be with Abby.”
