The Fourth Installment Of The Latest Pie To Die For Mystery Premieres

On Sunday, former Days of our Lives star Victor Webster reunites with fellow DAYS alum Alison Sweeney for their fourth film in the series, titled Pie to Die for: A Hannah Swensen Mystery.

This latest mystery revolves around a customer from Hannah’s bakery, who also happens to be a theatrical competitor of Hannah’s mother, Delores Swensen (Barbara Niven).

Following the woman’s tragic murder, Hannah finds herself once more embroiled in the mission to uncover her killer.

The stakes in this investigation are particularly high, as it concerns her mother’s reputation; an enjoyable aspect of the film is witnessing the evolution of Hannah and Chad’s relationship. Chad, a prosecuting attorney, is heavily involved in the investigation as well.

Hannah And Chad Investigate The Crime, With A Spicy Mix Of Flirtation

Be on the lookout for their determined efforts to crack the case, as well as the undeniable chemistry that ignites between them as they chase down the murderer.

It could be said that they have entered the charming stage of their developing relationship, where they are in close physical contact due to dancing.

The investigation places the couple in an entertaining situation where they must participate in a dance class to learn the tango.

As one of the executive producers of the Hannah Swensen series, she is just as much a driving force behind the scenes as she is in front of the camera.

Victor Webster Continues His Praise Of His Co-Star

“She is aware of my martial arts background from my childhood; I have appeared in numerous action films and television shows,” Webster mentioned in an interview with TV Goodness. “She knows I take salsa and bachata lessons, and I believe she also wanted to explore something enjoyable in the realm of dance as well. Victor went on to enthuse about Alison’s dancing abilities and how quickly she learned: “She’s a natural; she learned it in no time!”

Pie to Die for: A Hannah Swensen Mystery debuts on Sunday, June 22 at 8/7c on the Hallmark Channel; this won’t be on the Hallmark Movies channel as they have Christmas movies now. However, it will be on Hallmark’s streaming channel, Hallmark Plus the day after it airs if you miss it.
