Days Of Our Lives star Alison Sweeney (Samantha “Sami” Brady) also has become a Hallmark Channel fan favorite. And in particular, the Days Of Our Lives actress has become beloved for her Hannah Swensen Mystery series, previously titled the Murder, She Baked series.

Alison Sweeney and Cameron Mathison co-star in the Hannah Swensen Murder Mystery series. And the Hallmark films have become popular for the way they feature baking wizard Hannah Swensen, owner of the Cookie Jar bakery in Minnesota. With seven movies thus far, the newest one, Carrot Cake Murder: A Hannah Swensen Mystery, delighted Hallmark fans when it debuted in May 2023, according to Yahoo.

And Alison recently dropped a hint on social media about whether another new Hannah Swensen Mystery movie will premiere this year. The Days of Our Lives star delighted fans with a pic that included her co-star Cameron. Mathison has become known for portraying Ryan Lavery on All My Children and Drew Cain on General Hospital. 

And Sweeney shared that the two have teamed up for an eighth film in the series. “Here we go again!!” she shared. “Back on set filming another #HannahSwensen with my friend @cameronmathison!! #setlife .”

But Alison also turned to social media to thank fans for their birthday wishes. The Days Of Our Lives star celebrated her 47th birthday on September 19. And Sweeney gushed, “Thank you for all the wonderful birthday wishes!”

And Sweeney’s new movie, A Zest for Death: A Hannah Swensen Mystery, will premiere later this year. Fans gushed at the news. For instance, one wrote, “Yay!! Best mystery series on Hallmark!” And another added, “Yes!!! So happy!!.” Fans posted that they hope for “many, many more.”

And the Days Of Our Lives star previously shared what she sees as her character’s key trait. “Hannah’s superpower is her gut instinct,” Alison pointed out. “And her way of communicating with people that gets them to confide in her and tell her things and how she notices things that are misplaced or out of the ordinary or not how it was last time.”

But for those who want to try to solve the mystery, the Days Of Our Lives star noted that Hannah has the ability to “really pick up on the little details, the nuances. And I think this next mystery is going to have some fun elements like that that are there for the audience to notice, too, if you pay attention.”
