While we are still waiting for summer to arrive, the Hallmark Channel is already looking forward to Christmas. In fact, July will see three new and original movies in Hallmark’s Christmas in July programming event. Meanwhile, fans will also get to see a couple of familiar faces in the upcoming romantic movies.
Hallmark Channel Christmas In July
For those people who prefer to have Christmas all year round, Hallmark Channel’s Christmas in July programming event is coming soon. In fact, despite the heat, Friday, July 1 will see the start of holiday movies all month long. Meanwhile, the movies include three all-new original premieres with some familiar faces on board. 1. My Grown-Up Christmas List
Cast: Kevin McGarry (When Calls the Heart, The Wedding Veil) and Kayla Wallace (When Calls the Heart, Feeling Butterflies)

Plot:
Kevin McGarry and Kayla Wallace team up again as Luke Malone, a military man, and Taylor Nichols, a successful journalist. Meanwhile, the story is based on the Amy Grant/David Foster holiday song of the same name. According to the official synopsis, the movie tells the story of the special bond that grows between them over the course of several Christmases together and part.
Taylor has returned home after her mother’s passing a few years ago to help her grandfather run his Christmas store. Meanwhile, Luke has returned home from military duty to spend Christmas with his family. When Taylor and Luke first meet, there is instant chemistry between them. The movie follows the couple along their journey from a warm friendship to a budding romance.
Meanwhile, Luke and Taylor, work together to overcome any challenges that arise while committing to make the most important wish on their Christmas list come true. This is to spend every Christmas together for the rest of their lives.
2. Campfire Christmas

Romance rekindles for Peyton (Anderson) and her closest friends when her parents decide to host a holiday-themed reunion before selling their family’s summer camp. Meanwhile, along the way, romance blooms between Peyton and Jeffrey (Bleu).
3. Christmas in Toyland
Cast: Vanessa Lengies (American Dreams) and Jesse Hutch (American Dreams, Termination Point)
Premiere date: Saturday, July 23, 2022, at 8 pm ET/PT
Plot:
Vanessa Lengies and Jesse Hutch play the lead in the story of a toy store data analyst who attempts to save hundreds of jobs right before Christmas to help keep the in-store experience alive.
