Airing as part of Hallmark Mystery’s Miracles of Christmas programming event, the musical movie, All I Need For Christmas, stars Mallory Jansen, Dan Jeannotte, and Emily Tennant.

According to TV Insider, Maggie McKenzie (Jansen) has had one dream her whole life – to be a successful singer-songwriter. However, as the music industry has changed a lot, she needs to learn tech for her music. To not be outdated she needs to learn about new apps and how to use social media.

Maggie returns home for Christmas and to help her family with their farm, where she serendipitously meets Archer Donovan (Jeannotte), a tech entrepreneur. He develops apps and is considered a “tech enthusiast.”

However, now, an old-school singer-songwriter is trying to find common ground with a modern-day tech guy. Meanwhile, she likes Archer but doesn’t see a future with him. Moreover, the more she spends time with him, her dreams seem farther away.

Initially, Maggie blames Archer for her songwriting woes, but to her surprise, he encourages her to get back in touch with music that really matters and write from the heart. To do so, tech can play a supportive role in helping her achieve her dreams, without replacing the art of songwriting.

Meanwhile, Archer is dealing with a family loss and through her tight family bonds, Maggie helps Archer find ways to move beyond years of family feuding and help make dreams come true.
