‘When Calls the Heart’ Hearties Family Reunion, Friday, October 4 through Monday, October 6, 2019 is sold out! Unless you know someone who has an extra ticket to sell, you won’t be headed to Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada.

Hearties won’t just celebrate ‘WCTH’ this year at the Family Reunion. ‘When Hope Calls,’ the spin-off from ‘When Calls the Heart’ will also be included in the festivities. A panel of cast members and the production team will be on hand to answer questions.

Here’s what we know about the Hearties Family Reunion ‘When Hope Calls the Heart’:

“The Hearties Family Reunion is an event for Fans of Hallmark Channel’s “When Calls the Heart” and “When Hope Calls” (known as the “Hearties”) that is held in the beautiful Greater Vancouver area in British Columbia, Canada! It’s an amazing behind-the-scenes opportunity for fans to visit the set of Hope Valley, meet the cast & crew, and interact with other Hearties from around the country & globe! It’s a one-of-a-kind fan experience!”

According to updates on the Hearties Family Reunion website The Opportunity Drawing Submission Period closed on July 17, 2019, and round two emails for the drawing and sending emails were sent out to Hearties with their opportunity to register.

Hearties who entered the Opportunity Drawing and were not previously offered a spot are now automatically part of the waiting list. Should a spot become available, the next Heartie will be notified, so continue to regularly check your email.

On July 28, 2019 the Hearties Family Reunion announced via Instagram that the event has sold out. The update was also shared on the website.

If you have your tickets to the HFR5 you can find updates and the list of events on the website. Check-in times are: Thursday, October 3, 2019 from 7pm – 9pm. Check-ins resume again on Friday, October 4, 2019 from 1:30pm – 3:30pm.
