According to the press release from Crown Media, Caroline (Busby) owns a restaurant in New York. When her aunt dies, Caroline is given a cafe in Lemon Myrtle Cove, Australia. She doesn’t really have the time to travel or deal with it. However, she decides that it might be the perfect chance to clear her head. Once she gets to the small Australian town, she sees the busy cafe. Her only complaint is that the food isn’t that good. She makes the mistake of mentioning it to a local named Simon (Ross). Caroline is unaware that he’s the cafe’s chef.

Hallmark Channel news reveals that later, Caroline decides to fix up the cafe and sell it. The only problem is she insulted the chef’s cooking and he just happens to be the only contractor in town. Despite the rough beginning, he agrees to help her. By the end of the movie, Caroline not only falls in love with the town but falls for Simon, too!

This is not Busby and Ross’ only movie together. They also starred in “Romance On The Menu.” Fans may recognize Busby from her other projects, including “Chasing Waterfalls,” “Romance In The Air,” “Love In The Forecast,” “The Wrong Stepmother,” “The Vampire Diaries” and many more. She has been in several Hallmark movies, so Hearties know her face well. As for Ross, he has been in “Dive Club,” Harrow,” “Informer 3838,” “Home And Away,” as well as several other productions.

In addition to Busby and Ross, “Hearts Down Under” also stars Naomi Sequeira.
