Hallmark Channel News: Good Witch Season 6 Spoilers Tease Major Cast Member Exits

Hallmark Channel News: Good Witch Season 6 Spoilers Tease Major Cast Member ExitsAccording to Deadline, while the entire cast will be back for the sixth season, they will be without Bailee Madison, who has played Grace Russell since the series began in 2015. Good Witch is actually one of the two popular long-running scripted series for the Hallmark Network.

The other being, of course, the channel’s flagship series, When Calls the Heart. Good Witch is currently the number one scripted series on air and with women in the 25-54 demographic, which is a huge reason for the cast and crew to celebrate!

Hallmark Channel News – Bailee Madison Exits

“Once again, being the No. 1 series in cable, we are thrilled to announce a Season 6 pickup of Good Witch,” Michelle Vicary, EVP Programming & Publicity at Crown Media Family Networks, said in a statement to the press. “Bailee Madison will always be a beloved member of the Hallmark family.”

Catherine plays Cassie Nightingale, a woman who embarks on a magical journey with teenage daughter Grace, who shares her mother’s intuitive charm. When divorced Dr. Sam Radford and his teenage son move next door, they are quickly drawn to the Nightingales’ unique prowess (or rather, all of her magic that she gets to use!).

Hallmark Channel News – Good Witch Returns

Of course, Sam realizes that Cassie’s signature charm is more than just a magic touch, ensuring the town they live in will get plenty of surprises. With that said, Grace is set to graduate from high school in 2019, which will be just in time for Bailee’s exit from the show. We can’t wait to tune in.

Good Witch also stars Rhys Matthew Bond, Sarah Power, Catherine Disher, Kylee Evans, Peter MacNeill and Dan Jeannotte. The executive producers are Darin Goldberg, Orly Adelson, Jonathan Eskenas, Frank Siracusa and Craig Pryce.

I love Good with the movies and the series it’s a family oriented show it’s the kind of entertainment we need these days. The show won’t be the same though without Bailie Madison hopefully they bring her back from time to time

I do watch and like it because it’s a feel good TV series and that’s what we need in these often gloomy and dark days. Will miss Bailee Madison when she exits. Catherine Bell remains as beautiful as she was when I first saw her on “Jag.”

I found the Good Witch Movies on Hallmark one Saturday afternoon and binged watched them.. Then I found the TV series on Netflix. I was a little dismayed when I found that Jake was killed off from the show though and it took me a while to get used to Sam. But I love the Good Witch in its entirety and will re-watch it all often because it has a genuine quality and kindness that we all need to be exposed to instead of so much violence that is usually on TV/Streaming.

I love the Good Witch. Great story lines wonderful characters and actors. Hate seeing Bailie leave the show, but maybe she can come back at a future date. Catherine Bell is beautiful and plays her character perfectly. Hope this series goes on for years.

Good Witch is such a “good feeling” show and I just love all the characters, especially Mayor Martha, who to me, is the “comic relief”. I found her Martha 2.0 journey hard-case.

It’s beyond me how a network that touts its self as one with home, family and good Christian values can promote a television show that features and promotes witchcraft.
Be careful little eyes what you see be careful little ears what you hear be careful mouth with what you say because it can never be taken back maybe they aren’t teaching that in Sunday School any more if not that’s very sad because it’s a good rule to live by if you ask me.
