Countdown to Christmas feature
Despite the fact that the Hallmark Channel has returned to its regular programming, the channel has come up with a way to keep Christmas fans happy throughout the year. Twice a week, Hallmark will air its “Countdown to Christmas” feature. This involves airing a Christmas film on Hallmark Movies and Mysteries every Thursday night as well as on Friday nights on Hallmark Movies.
The popular Christmas movies coming on Hallmark Movies and Mysteries in January include the following, all airing at 9 pm ET:
Thursday, January 16: “Time For You To Come Home For Christmas”
Thursday, January 23: “Journey Home To Christmas”
Thursday, January 30: “Holiday Hearts”
These are the films featuring on the regular Hallmark Channel on Fridays in January at 10 pm ET:

Hallmark Channel and Winterfest
Winterfest also continues with the warm Christmas feeling, with snow, pretty winter scenes, hot chocolate, love and more. One movie to watch out for is “Winter in Vail,” starring Tyler Hynes and Lacey Chabert. This charming romance encores on the Hallmark Channel on Saturday, January 11 at 7 pm ET, Sunday, January 12 at 2 pm ET and Saturday, February 29 at 5 pm ET.
