Hallmark Channel news reveal that Stevenson was born on February 25, 1995, and passed away on July 5, 2022. The actor was only 27 years old. No details have been released about his death except that it was an “unexpected and tragic accident.”

Real Housewives of Vancouver Connection

Stevenson wasn’t just an actor but was the son of a Bravo reality star. The Real Housewives of Vancouver star Ronnie Negus announced the tragic news. On Instagram, the RHOV star wrote,

“February 25, 1995 – July 5, 2022. My Beautiful, Beautiful boy. My BEST friend. The true love of my life!! My Heart and Soul have gone with yours!! There are no words. I am decimated, my child how will I ever live without you. I cannot walk. I cannot eat. I cannot think. Our lives will NEVER be the Same. The world lost the most BEAUTIFUL Human that has ever walked the face of this Earth. Dear Lord, what has happened. Noooooooo !!!! I need you. I love you with every breath I take. I LOVE YOU!!! Momma Loves you. God help me.“

Hallmark Channel News: Houston Stevenson’s Projects

Stevenson had roles in A Predator Returns, Fear Pharm, A Predator’s Obsession, Martha’s Vineyard Mysteries, For the Booth, and Descendents 2 as well as Descendants 3. The actor also had roles in Project MC², Garage Sale Mysteries, Fixer-Upper Mysteries, Arrow, iZombie, and Spooksville.

Stevenson also appeared on The Real Housewives of Vancouver in 2012 and Babble Talk in 2013. In 2021, Stevenson was on the podcast “Inside the Crazy Ant Farm.”

When Calls the Heart Star Reacts

Clayton James (Kevin Townsend, When Calls the Heart) shared some words about Stevenson’s death. According to TV Entertainment News, James said — presumably in a comment on Ronnie’s Instagram post,

The energy and charisma he had was so radiating… my heart breaks for you and your family… I wish we could have connected again after class… Rest in your spotlight my friend!
