Details About When Calls the Heart: Home for Christmas
During the 2019 movie that is based off the series When Calls the Heart, Elizabeth Thatcher (Erin Krakow) is thinking about her deceased husband. At the same time, she is planning baby Jack’s (Lincoln Taylor and Gunnar Taylor) first Christmas and birthday. She wants to be sure to create memories as special as the ones she had growing up.
Fans will also see two newcomers in Hope Valley. One is Constable Nathan Grant (Kevin McGarry) and the other is Lucas Bouchard (Chris McNally). Both of these men are attracted to Elizabeth. However, she gets involved in a family crisis that has to do with Nathan’s niece.

There will also be Dr. Carter Shepherd (Paul Greene) who goes on a journey. His mission is to get Faith Carter (Andrea Brooks) home for the holidays.

Lori Laughlin used to be part of the When Calls the Heart cast. However, the actress and her husband made national news after a college admissions scandal broke. Since then, the actress — and the character she played — have been erased from the franchise.
Promo for When Calls the Heart Christmas Movie
The first promo for When Calls the Heart: Home for Christmas doesn’t give away too much information. But we do see that the town is fully decorated and all decked out for the holidays. Plus, Greene recently was a guest on Hallmark’s Home & Family. He talked about the movie and teased that Carson goes on an adventure. However, while trying to get to Faith, he ends up helping someone else in need.
